Excellent place to build a long-term car-care relationship! I have used this dealership for new Honda vehicles and Honda maintenance since February 2002. And when I was clearly gravitating towards the cheaper of the two cars he didn't try and upsell, which was very refreshing. I also worked with Miriam for financing and she was a gem as well. I ended up on hold with my insurance agency and she was perfectly fine with talking with me while I was on hold and pausing when I finally got through to a human. She also listened when I talked about what I would be using the car for and told me what kinds of coverage she thought would be overkill, rather than try and sell me on the most expensive package. Overall it was a very nice experience and I left feeling happy with my purchase. Nobody pulled an "if you don't buy right now you'll be missing out" so I didn't feel pressured to move fast. A week later I have had time to reflect, and I still feel like a got a great deal. More

Overall a very easy buying process! We were shopping between the 2019 Camry and Accord. The lady on the phone took my info, and called me back the next day with an initial offer that helped to bridge the gap between the promotional rates, price of the cars being assumed equal. The offer proved to be very competitive and my wife liked the Accord over the Camry. The negotiation process was simple and low stress. The Finance clerk did put a bit of pressure on us to buy additional goods (typical and expected), however I had a budget and goods in mind, and when all said and done a solid compromise was reached. We have been very happy with the car, and the purchase process start to finish. I would certainly recommend HOA for anyone looking for a Honda in the Johnson County area! More
