I had been shopping online for a 2018 Cr-V for a couple of months. Honda of Olathe had the one I was looking for. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and he had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The final negotiation and sale went as smoothly as I've ever had and each person I dealt with was friendly, polite and helpful. One aspect of this experience that really impressed me was that the dealership was completely forthcoming about the vehicle, shared the Carfax report with me, and were very clear in presenting total costs.
