Unresponsive, broken system I tried on three occasions to get an estimate for some service work. Twice with the online chat function where the agent assured me that "someone wou I tried on three occasions to get an estimate for some service work. Twice with the online chat function where the agent assured me that "someone would get back to me", and once making an online appointment for the items I needed and requesting a quote. I never received a text, phone call, or email from anyone. I did, however, receive multiple notices of the upcoming appointment, and I receive sporadic emails saying the dealership misses me and offers for coupons. More

Regular Scheduled Maintenance Met with Douglas McKee at my appointment time. Advised him what I wanted done which was oil change and tire rotation. Douglas made a couple of other Met with Douglas McKee at my appointment time. Advised him what I wanted done which was oil change and tire rotation. Douglas made a couple of other suggestions based on my cars mileage. Douglas said it would be about an hour and service was completed within that time frame.
