I was quickly confronted with a smile,by an associate by the name of Marianne when she saw me waiting for longer than a moment or so for the customer servicedepartment. She assertivly asked question about myself and how she could help me and make my problem with honda a solution. She referred me to a gentelman I belive by the name of chris (not 100% on his name) who swiftly looked my name up and got my car fixed with a smile. The time it took for my car was adquet to what I was quoted which made my experience better. Thank you to Honda and there staff. More
