We have been absolutely lied to and tricked into signing an amount that we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AGREE TO when we purchased our car 6 weeks ago. We are just now realizing what happened. First of all, the inter an amount that we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AGREE TO when we purchased our car 6 weeks ago. We are just now realizing what happened. First of all, the internet price said about 10,900. Then when we get to all the dealer fees, tag transfer fees, title fees, the amount we were told was 15,500. We bargained with the dealer Jason Cline for 14,500. Though it was much higher than we wanted to pay, we agreed to 14,500. After waiting in the lobby for 3 hours to get to the finance guy to seal the deal, and pay our 5,000 down payment, we were then completely rushed through all the finance paperwork and somehow the final price of the car ended up being 17,600!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN! We walked away thinking we only owed 9,600 on the car but after making our first payment, we see we actually owe 12,600! WE DID NOT AGREE TO THIS. From what I can find, slipped into the finance paper work is a warranty via Fidelity warranty services that we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AGREE TO for about 2800. We were tricked into signing this. We want this issue fixed and our $2,800 back or we will pursue legal action. More

Our experience at Honda of Ocala wasn't remarkably different than other competitive dealers (showroom could use some refurbishing), but the main thing was the dealership had product we were shopping f different than other competitive dealers (showroom could use some refurbishing), but the main thing was the dealership had product we were shopping for, and we were pleased with our business sales experience with Alex Bowers. He was affable and very knowledgeable, which enabled us to make purchase decisions easily and quickly. Overall it was a satisfying experience and we would recommend the dealership, and sales person - Alex -, to someone in the market for Honda automobiles.
