I was overly impressed by the overall service, patience, and atmosphere of Honda of Ocala. Before my visit with them I could honestly say that I disliked dealerships whole heartedly, however after going th and atmosphere of Honda of Ocala. Just the fact he took the time to break things down and explain things that he knew I wasn't understanding, and also took the time to even give me pointers for future purchases was amazing. The most unprofessional Manager in the industry. I wanted to payout my lease. Honda Financial gave me the purchase price of $31,340. Zach put me with a sales person who tried to get me to sign a cr I wanted to payout my lease. Honda Financial gave me the purchase price of $31,340. Zach put me with a sales person who tried to get me to sign a credit application?? I was paying Honda not getting a loan. Then they put the buy out sheet in front of me. It was $6,000 MORE than what was due. They attempted to scam me. I picked the papers up and said I needed to review and would return, the salesman lunged towards me and ripped them out of my hand. Some papers fell, I attempted to pick them up and he shoved me and grabbed them. Lucky for me I had the pricing sheet showing what they tried to steal from me. I had to get the police involved because this Manager Zach thought this treatment to a woman was acceptable. They are by far the worst dealership and have the worst management. More

He is a liar! !!!! Spoke with Nick several times about a vehicle and my trade in amount. I took off work early and drove an hour and test drove the vehicle. When in !!!! Spoke with Nick several times about a vehicle and my trade in amount. I took off work early and drove an hour and test drove the vehicle. When inside and they under cut me on my trade and the price went up than advertised. I left and called back the next day and talked with Zach, I asked for a cash price for the vehicle. Zach quoted me a price, I then contacted Nick and he told the cash price was almost ten grand more. The price online and the out the door price is almost 5 grand more. Very shady. I not made that deal did not through just double talk and lies all the way around!!!!!!!! More

I contacted the dealership several days before we were ready to actually purchase a model that met our requirements. My contact, Product Specialist David Boltryk, was most helpful. David's lack of pressure-to-buy approach to us reinforced our decision to stay with this dealership. When we arrived the first time to test-drive the model we were interested in, we met David and he responded to our every request, again, without the usual salesman's "pressure." We needed to wait a few days and David understood that. On the day we came to make the purchase, I saw a few cleanliness issues that I wanted addressed and David also saw them. He had them addressed within a very short period of time. The process went smoothly and was as timely as going through the lengthy "paper-trail" can be. We highly recommend both the dealership and their personnel. Again, David was not only very attentive, but is a very considerate, efficient, and personable young man. More
