Next, he ask what type of vehicle we were interested in seeing. Once we established our desires, he began to show us all the vehicles we requested. What was nice he drove us around the lot to view the vehicles. My wife has a fractured vertbrae and it made it easier on her, which we appreciated. We received a free lunch which was nice. We had visited several dealerships and found Honda of Ocala to be more interested in customer satisfaction. I received an ad in the mail titled "BUY-BACK PROGRAM". The ad said Honda of Ocala needed my 2002 Honda Odyssey for restocking their pre-owned inventory. They suggested trade-in value was $8, PROGRAM". The ad said Honda of Ocala needed my 2002 Honda Odyssey for restocking their pre-owned inventory. They suggested trade-in value was $8,420. I called Honda of Ocala and was told the person who sold me my new Honda Accord last week, John Kuchera, was working that day. I was tlaking with Justin Prather. I asked if their offer was valid even through I wasn't buying another new car but had just bought one from them ~10 days ago. That is: did their trade-in offer apply to me. Justin assured me it did and that a corporate rep from Honda was there right now. He said I needed to bring my 02 Honda Odyssey for inspection before I would get their final offer to buy my car. The offer stated that they were offering up to $3500 over Black Book Used Car Value - $8420, sight unseen, not knowing the mielage or condition of the car. I looked up my car in the Kelly's Blue Book website, entered the year - 2002, model - Honda Odyssey, style - EX, mileage - 199000, zipcode - 32162, and condition - I put in GOOD (but, really, it is EXCELLENT). I got three prices: average trade-in - $3700, average private party value -$5250, and suggested retail value - $7275. I drove 33 miles to Honda of Ocala from The Villages (45 minutes) each way. I met Justin Prather and gave him the printout of the Kelly's Blue Book website. He got an inspector to inspect the car, told me the car was very clean, and offered me $2000. $2000??? If they weren't interested in buying a used car outright, why didn't he just tell me so and save me the trip? As a result, I'm very unhappy with Honda of Ocala. More

When arrived, Dave knight pretty much met us at the door When arrived, Dave knight pretty much met us at the door so to speak..we advised what we were looking for and Dave got right on it..we arrived clos When arrived, Dave knight pretty much met us at the door so to speak..we advised what we were looking for and Dave got right on it..we arrived close to 7:00 pm and they closed at 8:00,we informed Dave that we were trying to get through this quickly as we had a disney weekend planned..He worked on paperwork for the ridgeline (husband traded in his truck) stayed on it till after 9:00 p.m., sent me home with an accord to test drive because I was thinking of trading in my car as well, and made an appt. with us to finish up the trucks paperwork the next morning, since we had our 6yr old daughter with us and it was getting late. The next morning we arrived 30 mins early and Dave was already there, met us as soon as pulled up once again. We then finished up the paperwork on the ridgeline,went to finance all in about an hour and 1/2.They then offered us a complimentary breakfast, which my daughter took them up on that. It was cooked by an actual person they have there at the dealership...yummy... While my husband stayed with my daugher, I started on my car, and he joined me when she finished. We closed the deal on 2 vehicles by noon, am still paying approximatly what our previous vehicles were, and still got to disney in time to have a great weekend.
