I 1st Contacted a certain Honda me Folks, THE SECRETS OUT!!! ROBERTSON HONDA, NORTH HOLLYWOOD OFFERS THE BEST HONDA DEALER SERVICE IN THE SOUTHLAND!!! I 1st Contacted a certain Honda mega Dealer about a faulty seatbelt issue who then suggested charging me for an “inspection fee” of $143 in order 2 look at the car’s seatbelt!!! I said, “but I thought it was a “lifetime” seatbelt warranty?” (according to Honda’s website). He AGAIN responded saying I might have to first deposit an “inspection fee” of $143 in order for the belt 2 be looked at... Well, NO THANK YOU, mega Honda dealer!!! I then took my same seatbelt issue to Robertson Honda, North Hollywood, and it was indeed, a FREE SEATBELT Inspection!!! NO DANG upfront Deposit/Payment needed!!! Nor was ANY payment REGARDING my Seatbelt repair needed!!! I LOVE THIS HONEST & PROMPT SERVICE displayed at Robertson Honda, North Hollywood!!! PRICELESS!!! NO CUSTOMER RUNAROUND, JUST GREAT SERVICE! Mega dealers are NOT nessessarily the best options when buying... or servicing your auto. I’m GLAD I REMEMBERED ROBERTSON HONDA! Pleasant experience It did not take long and I waited in the waiting room which was very nice as usual and they had free coffee. I like it that I see the service manager in person after the service is performed so I can discuss any concerns. Most places you just pay in a separate place and don't speak again. My husband and I have serviced our Hondas at Robertson for over 20 years and we've never been dissatisfied. The waiting area is comfortable and has a work area for computers as well. More
