Honest service. On time schedule. I bought my car here and never had a problem. I wish Honda has a CRV hybrid. If they did, I would get that suv from this dealership. Mostly Excellent service I am always happy with the service that I received Robertson Honda service department. This recent visit, my battery had died due to my leaving the l I am always happy with the service that I received Robertson Honda service department. This recent visit, my battery had died due to my leaving the light on over the consul overnight. After a charge from AAA, I drove to the service department to reset my radio etc. I’ve also been having an issue with volume regarding The hands-free listening device part of the car. While my phone is much better now, they were unable to restore to factory mode the volume issue I’ve been having. I did think that the service technicians help on this issue was slightly influences by the arrival of his lunch while I was getting checked out at the end of the service call. But as always, they are helpful in solving problems which are few and far between with my Honda Civic hybrid. Overall I’m very happy with the service department at Robertson Ho More

Giving Robertson a 2nd chance In the past, I have not had a good experiences. A problem with the security sensor was not dealt with and I have been left with a permanent problem In the past, I have not had a good experiences. A problem with the security sensor was not dealt with and I have been left with a permanent problem with my key. I took my car for a repair on my brakes and it was not done correctly and the response I got that I would have to have another expensive repair. I went to a dealer in Torrance (near my job). After checking the brakes, the manager called Robertson and got nowhere. He felt so bad for my situation, that he fixed the problem and DID NOT CHARGE ME. I continued to go to him. When he transferred to Carson Honda I started taking my car there. His advisors were honest with me. If some things could wait or were not essential at the time, I was informed. When there was a new manager I continued going to Carson because the advisors were good and the new manager stood behind the work on the car. At one point a repair was not done correctly and they paid for the tow from Glendale to Carson. When I started working from home 3 days/week I would still drive to Carson. I actually bought my car from Robertson at the end of 2002, it was the dealer's model and had 6K miles. I now have 212K miles on it. It runs fine! It also looks great because I paid a high price (Acme in Burbank) to get it repainted. Robertson took a do-nothing position saying I should have stored in a garage. An ignored any discussion about the horribly defective original paint job even though there was information on the trouble easily available on the internet. Recently I bought another Honda Accord (2009) with 68K from a friend and decided to take a second chance on Robertson. I wanted it checked-out and a rattle taken care of. I dealt with a fine advisor (Rick Eckholtz sp?), he was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. So we'll see but at this point I do plan another visit to Robertson Honda. I am still assessing.
