Service Experience I brought my Honda Accord in for the three month service. I have been taking the auto to Robertson for service ever since I purchased it in 2004. I brought my Honda Accord in for the three month service. I have been taking the auto to Robertson for service ever since I purchased it in 2004. My service adviser, Don Richmond, looked up my service record and found that the filters were last changed in 2016; so, they needed replacement. He found a coupon that lowered the cost for the service procedure that included this activity. I walked to the diner for my breakfast and returned about an hour later. Shortly afterward, Don contacted me, and amplified the inspection report. The technician found that I needed addition repairs including a transmission mount. I questioned the need for this part as I had replaced what I thought was the mount just six months ago. Don researched and patiently explained that there are three mounts and a different mount had failed. The technician also suggested that I replace the power steering unit. Don checked and found that the leak as not too serious and that I could just keep the fluid at the right level. He showed me just how to be sure that the reservoir was correct. A bottle of fluid (purchased from the parts department) cost me $5.48 where a new pump would have been $900+. I was very happy with Don's attention. More

Simple service taken care of well. A small sample - I had an oil change & tire rotation. It got done quickly, price seemed fair, everyone was easy to deal with. No problems. All this was done while I waited and the manager assigned to me was very good at letting me know what needed to be done and keeping me updated on progress. More

My battery was 2-3 months old My 2008 Odyssey alternator went out while driving Saturday and I headed straight to Robertson Honda in North Hollywood. My battery was 2-3 months old and there was a whirring noise that varied with the RPM, so I knew it was the alternator. It is around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and I was hoping that they had or could get the needed alternator and have my van ready before their quitting time. Other than an unexpected cost, I could now have a very nice Easter Sunday, thanks to Service Rep Yohanna Carpenter. More

He never gave me a sign of impatience. Car knowledge is definitely something I can't communicate to another but, GINO really helped me in understanding what parts I needed for my car maintenance. Despite the fact that I kept asking him if he was sure, he would always double check, and without any doubt in his communication towards me, he explained he was correct and told me his reasoning; which was done so quickly in a great manner. After a long day at work, I expect someone to give me attitude, but GINO is definitely someone who shows great customer service in a busy place such as this. Thank you GINO. More
