I have been buying and servicing my Hondas for many years at this dealership, going back to when it was Robertson Honda. While the name has changed, the priority of customer service being #1 has not. I had my passport brought in for recall work. When I got it back I noticed two tabs sticking out from under the screen. That wasn't there before and them leaving it there shows just how SLOPPY their workman it back I noticed two tabs sticking out from under the screen. That wasn't there before and them leaving it there shows just how SLOPPY their workmanship is and how POOR their attention to details are. In addition the service advisor, Lisa Bell has terrible customer service manners: no greetings, acts like you're a waste of her time & acts entitled. Just look at their service complaint history and you'll see how bad this dealership is. Avoid them and spare yourself unnecessary return trips and damage to your car! More

My advisor, Tina B, printed out a page of services, had me sign WITHOUT EXPLAINING any of them, and like a fool, I signed. It was only an hour into my wait time did I realize there was a service I had not approved (nor was it explained to me) and I wanted some clarification. This is where the rude behavior started. Tina, her voice rising, was belligerent to me and VERY DEFENSIVE. "You knew what you were signing for!" she yelled. I wanted an explanation and an itemized list of WHAT I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR. I requested this three times and only then did she sigh and let me know what each of my charges were (should this not have been done beforehand?). There was a $90 charge I did not approve and Tina, after further questioning, would not explain it to me. I requested it be taken off (remember, folks, this was an oil change) and Tina picked up her phone, called her service tech, and said IN FRONT OF ME "Take that s**t off!" Just unbelievable. Can you imagine being an elder and being treated in this way? Can you imagine your family coming to Ocean Honda and receiving this treatment? There were several elders waiting for service, and I can only imagine what their experience is like - or would they even bother to check what they were being charged? I implore you to read the other reviews. Tina B is an example of the kind of person who works at Ocean Honda. Beware. More
