My experience was excellent. I brought in my 2020 Accord Touring because I had an oil leak, which was very concerning, and I also wanted an oil change. Your techs found that the leak was caused by damage t Touring because I had an oil leak, which was very concerning, and I also wanted an oil change. Your techs found that the leak was caused by damage to the oil filter (a hole in the housing) resulting from improper past installation. J.C. Monroy was extremely helpful and professional, and I had my car back inside of 3 hours on a busy Saturday, which was phenomenal. I appreciate the efforts of J.C, and your team. More
Knowledgeable service advisor, time expectations for my A13 service were met.. What I didn't like was the Service Parts staff, Both reps were on the phone, too busy to help me purchase a simple $1 car fres A13 service were met.. Waited a couple minutes, but then I just walked back to lobby to continue waiting for my car to get serviced (1.5 hours total), and neither one of them felt the need to help me. I would've expected one of them to walk up to the lobby where I was sitting/waiting, acknowledge I was at their counter for a couple minutes, maybe apologize for being busy, and if I still wanted to purchase the car freshener. Simple customer service. If one of them did that, I probably would've bought more than 1 freshener, and even ordered 2 car mats, new windshield wipers, and more things I know I need. Long story short, no complaints, just constructive feedback. If any client/prospective walks into my business, I will do my best to acknowledge them, build that relationship, and enjoy the pipeline getting bigger, win win for everyone. More

The scheduled maintenance on my Civic was done quickly and without any hassle. Technician was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that scheduling an appointment online ahead of time didn’t see and without any hassle. Technician was friendly and helpful.
