Service Advisor Brandon Nava/5657..... I went for: 1* Oil & Fluid change Kit: K206A 2* Rotate Tires 3* Recall Fuel Pump. 1* Oil & fluid change done. 2* Tire rotation NOT done. My Gorilla Dual-Stage wheel lock was in the glove box but Service item 2* on the Description of Service & Parts said "Could not complete tire rotation due to no wheel lock". I believe service tech Getnet Tegaw does NOT know how to use the Gorilla Dual-Stage wheel lock. That is why he did NOT do the tire rotation. 3* Recalled Fuel pump not replaced because no trouble with fuel pump. 05HOZ01.... One Star - Complete Waste of Time! I scheduled an appointment earlier this week for 2 PM today and arrived at 1:30 PM, expecting to have the services listed in their "Fall Savings S I scheduled an appointment earlier this week for 2 PM today and arrived at 1:30 PM, expecting to have the services listed in their "Fall Savings Special" completed. After checking in, I was told my car would be done by 4:30 PM. Fast forward to 4:30 PM, and I check in with the service tech only to find out they hadn’t even started on my car yet! They close at 6 PM and said they wouldn’t have enough time to finish it today. So now, after wasting three hours of my day, they expect me to come back tomorrow. I have a fully booked schedule tomorrow with clients, and the only time I can come back is at 2 PM or later—just like today. Based on what happened, I’m highly skeptical they’ll be able to finish it then either. This failed appointment has cost me valuable income, and now I’m expected to rearrange my entire schedule again for a service that should’ve been completed today. Had they told me earlier that they weren’t going to get to my car, I could have salvaged part of my day. Instead, they let me sit there for hours before dropping the ball. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you need reliable and timely service. They have zero respect for your time or your money. More
