I was very impressed with Mike Vigliotti's professionalism. I went in for a oil change service. Mike explained the service that would be done. The newly opened service area across the street has already gotten my attention...In approx. 15 minutes I was finished with the oil change...Prior to this new arena, it would of been more than likely 9 already gotten my attention...In approx. 15 minutes I was finished with the oil change...Prior to this new arena, it would of been more than likely 90 minutes. This is going to be extremely convenient being open on Sundays and later at night. More

AWESOME! That is how I felt when I left the Express Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service C Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service Center. It was my first visit there and the experience was GREAT. The fact that I do not need an appointment is extremely convenient. I never look forward to spending my Saturday morning getting my car serviced and never knowing how long it will take. I was in and out of there in less than a 1/2 hour. In addition, I was very impressed with the customer service. Michael Vigliotti is courteous and friendly and made my visit even more comfortable. The Express Service Center is the best idea ever. I tip my hat to whoever came up with this idea. Looking forward to my next visit. More
