I was very impressed with Mike Vigliotti's professionalism. I went in for a oil change service. Mike explained the service that would be done. AWESOME! That is how I felt when I left the Express Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service C Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service Center. It was my first visit there and the experience was GREAT. The fact that I do not need an appointment is extremely convenient. I never look forward to spending my Saturday morning getting my car serviced and never knowing how long it will take. I was in and out of there in less than a 1/2 hour. In addition, I was very impressed with the customer service. Michael Vigliotti is courteous and friendly and made my visit even more comfortable. The Express Service Center is the best idea ever. I tip my hat to whoever came up with this idea. Looking forward to my next visit. More
