Thank you for the response, but my service rep acknowledged that no one even removed the duct tape I had applied to even look at the clips to determine if anything had been broken. I specifically asked for Honda to do so when I went to pick up the vehicle and my service rep refused. Everything that you wrote is just a theory because you did not even bother to take a look. You called a body shop person who also speculated without removing the tape that there could be a whole host of issues. The alternative is that there are no larger issues with headlights, radiators or radar units and that the panel just needed to be clipped back in place by someone with the skill and knowledge to do so. I set the appt with Honda of New Rochelle to benefit from that expertise and all I got was a bunch of speculation and an invitation to spend a lot of money to diagnose a problem for which there is no proof (or even a reasonable indication) that I have. Your people devised a theory without any facts and I am thank ful I did not go down that path and paid a bunch of money for nothing. In any case, no way around that your people did not even take off the duct tape. They could have done that when I showed up to schedule the appt, my local mechanic did that and that’s where I will continue to go to get my car serviced. Nothing about this appt was OK….
