Update: As he promised, Joe Carusone fixed all our issues. He treated us like we should have been treated by the finance person and went above & beyond to make things right. No one is perfect, but the mark of a great business is that you make it right in the end and they did just that. This was a 5-star experience outside of the 1 issue, so 4-stars. Drove nearly an hour to find the right car for my daughter who just had her "baby" totaled by a reckless driver. We found the right car, everyone we dealt with was great, but then came Joseph Gerbino and everything changed. Joseph did his level best to deceive us. Everything we had talked about with everyone prior was contradicted by Joseph. We had to go back to our original Salesman, John, and his boss, Allan, to get further clarification. The apex of our frustration began when our loan was over 3 thousand dollars more and we didn't know why. We reached out and found that a warranty we were never asked about, told about or even offered was tossed in. We then called the dealership and Joseph lied to us over and over again. He offered us no help in the situation, just a fierce argument and from what we were told by Honda, and even the bank we have the loan from, the warranty can just be canceled and refunded. We wouldn't want to hurt Joseph's commission though. Now, if you want to know why the car buying experience is such a stressful and daunting task, these situations are why and they happen often! I would have given 4.5/5 stars, btw, until the loan came in and went from under 12k to over 15k! This might not seem a whole lot to some, but to my daughter, a recent college graduate just starting out on her own, it surely is! More
