Just made my 2nd purchase in New Rochelle HONDA. In life there are two types of people you don't want to encounter and that's Lawyers and a Used Car salesman. Purchased a vehicle at bronx Honda last week and was assisted by Silvio. I can’t say enough about how helpful and patient he was with me. I was shown and able to test drive 2 cars the first one was gr assisted by Silvio. I can’t say enough about how helpful and patient he was with me. I was shown and able to test drive 2 cars the first one was great he explained all the features to me as well as to my mom. I really wanted the car I saw as I pulled into the lot and ultimately that’s the one I purchased. Silvio explained my payments options and got me the price I wanted to pay. He also helped me with the insurance and title transfers. I can’t say enough about his customer service especially since I did not have an appointment. He even called me the next day to check if I still loved my new car .. Highly recommend Silvio More
