Bought a car from Michael Polans and just wanted to acknowledge what a great job he and the rest of the staff did. They gave me an excellent price on my new Pilot. The Service Department is also great acknowledge what a great job he and the rest of the staff did. They gave me an excellent price on my new Pilot. I inquired through the Internet and had may questions on the 2007 Accord I bought. They answered all my questions, even if they had to check for me. They sent me the carfax and all the other information I the 2007 Accord I bought. They answered all my questions, even if they had to check for me. They sent me the carfax and all the other information I requested. When I went to the dealership I met with Al Liosi and Joe Gensert, everything the girl I had beedn speaking with over the internet was true. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a used car. They were quick, honest and good human beings. I had one small problem during the entire deal, but I told Al about it and he fixed it right away. More

I recently purchased a automobile from Honda of New Rochelle. The price was great and that is the ONLY reason I never walked out the door. My salesman, Eddie was really nice and overly pleasing, but co Rochelle. The price was great and that is the ONLY reason I never walked out the door. My salesman, Eddie was really nice and overly pleasing, but consistently made false promises about having the car ready and lied about Honda Certification standards. As I test drove the used car, I asked if the wheels and brakes were replaced. He said all certified cars have both automatically replaced which is a total lie - the were not replaced. When I agreed to buy the car, the buying order had an admin fee of $395 which was never discussed (which is also BS). The manager, Alfred, told me it was for a second detailing, full tank of gas and scratch touch ups and basically told me to leave if I didnt want to pay. When I finally bought the car, it took four 4 days for the dealership to get it ready and the scratches were never touched up, I did NOT have a full tank of gas and the floor mats were missing. The only positive from this experience were the Receptionist, Iris and the finance person, Mohamed Latif. More
My experience with Honda of New Rochelle began over the internet when I inquired about a used 2008 Pontiac G6 that they had in their inventory. I scheduled an appointment with their internet department to internet when I inquired about a used 2008 Pontiac G6 that they had in their inventory. I scheduled an appointment with their internet department to come in the following evening at 6PM to test drive the vehicle. It seemed as though it was exactly what I was looking for; a Pontiac with a V6, features I wanted , the color I wanted and the price I wanted (listed at $12,995). The next morning a very friendly young lady called me to confirm the appointment, told me who my salesman was and said the car would be washed and ready for me to test drive when I got there. This all sounded pretty good and I left my house with every intention of purchasing this car. When I arrived at the dealership the car I came to look at was sitting in the front line of the dealership, absolutely filthy and unable to be driven without moving 3 other cars. So much for having the car ready for me. Even though this was the exact opposite of what they said they were going to do, I got over it and met with my salesman who was very friendly in the beginning and seemed very excited at the fact that I actually showed up for the appointment I scheduled. The sales manager wasn't as excited, and seemed annoyed at the fact that I actually wanted to test drive a car before I bought it. He said that there was "another one of these things over there and why don't you just drive that one because it's the exact same thing." I told him "absolutely not" and with a sigh and a groan he had a few bored salesmen move the cars blocking the G6 out of the way. While my salesman was scanning my driver license I gave this car a good inspection inside and out and I was thoroughly unimpressed. My 2005 Saturn with 96,000 miles was in far better condition in all aspects compared to this car. It had chrome wheels and every single one of them was scratched along with both bumpers, the doors, the fenders, etc. There were stains on the seats, the carpets looked like they were never, ever vacuumed and the layer of dust on the dash made it look extra classy. Of course I was reassured the car would be detailed completely before I took delivery. The car seemed alright at first. No squeaks or rattles, drove nicely on the highway except for a little vibration in the steering which could be easily fixed. It was when we got off the highway and onto surface streets that the car's faults began to show. While making a slow, sharp turn you could hear and feel a horrible popping noise in the steering. My salesman dismissed it as being low on tire pressure. I told him no dice, the car's got a tire pressure monitoring system and the noise is coming from the electric power steering. He then, so intelligently explained that "this car is American, it doesn't have those things." I laughed off his stupidity, called him an expletive and drove like a lunatic back to the dealership. When we pulled back into the lot, my salesman told me to pull my Saturn up to the door so they can evaluate it for a trade and jumped out of the car like his ass was on fire so he could catch a sports score. I was curious to see what they'd give me for my car because I had it appraised elsewhere and I was offered a ridiculously low number, so I parked it where he asked and went inside and informed him that I was, in fact not going to be buying this car and asked if they had any V6 Accords in stock. He then presented me with a credit application and questioned my reasoning behind wanting a V6 as instead of a 4-cylinder. I told him that I prefer a V6 and one of my other cars is an Acura TSX with a 4-cylinder and I feel like it's sluggish sometimes. He, again, inteligently informed me about how an Accord 4-cylinder is way faster than my TSX (even though it's a heavier, larger car with less horsepower) AND my Saturn (which has a Cadillac V6 under the hood). Whatever. He then went on to tell me about how Saturns are such awful cars and aren't worth anything at all. Yeah, I think I'll give $17,000 to these people. After roaming their lot for about 45 minutes waiting for their sales manager to give me the appraisal on my Saturn, we go back into the dealership to find out he hasn't even looked at my car because he "hasn't had a free moment" but has miraculously found the time to talk about what he is going to have for dinner on his cell phone. When I went to my salesman to get my keys back, he was sitting behind his desk slamming drawers and belting out expletives about not being able to find his umbrella while he threw dirty food containers and towels onto his desk. Risking being pelted by a Ziploc food container, I snatched up the photocopy of my license and my customer worksheet (which read $15,995 for the G6 vs. the $12,995 that was posted online, by the way) and got the hell out of there like MY ass was on fire. In conclusion, these people are clowns and this dealership was their circus; unless you like ridiculousness, don't waste your time. More
