Four hours ago I purchased a Honda Accord EX-L 4dr. This is my third Honda purchase in the last twenty-two years. Please understand that I despise buying a new vehicle. On Wednesday July 13th I walked into New Rochelle Honda with a good amount of trepidation. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and was introduced to Tinu Thomas. When Tinu said that my vehicle was indeed in stock I asked if I could see it. To my suprise he said yes. We jumped in a demo Honda and he took me to the new car storage facility. He showed me the Accord and assured me that if I left a deposit the vehicle would belong to me and would not be sold to someone else. Tinu Thomas is professional, courteous, personable, honest, and down to earth. At no time whatsoever did I feel any kind of "sales pressure". When we got back to the dealership the fun just beginning. New Rochelle Honda honored the price they had quoted me over the internet over a month before. There was NO DEALER PREP FEE. There was NO ADMINISTRATIVE FEE tacked on by the business manager at the last minute. What they tell you is what you get. When one is in the market for a new Honda it's important to shop around but remember to make your last stop New Rochelle Honda. More

We walked into Honda of New Rochelle on a late Saturday afternoon(they will close at 6pm) w/o any knowledge and w/o anybody that could have referred us to that dealership. As me and my husband walked in, I specifically asked the receptionist if I could have a female sales person. Not that I'm stereotyping, but I have had bad experiences w/ male dealers, some of them are too arrogant while some are just simply mean and rude. So, I was asked to go to Clariza's table. When Clariza introduced herself to us, we felt comfortable right away. She was so smiling, so friendly and so welcoming. Then she asked me what car/SUV were we interested in buying....I was actually being so picky/specific with the color/features of the SUV that I wanted and I had called almost all the dealers in NY/NJ and none of them had it in stock at that time. Some dealers would claim that they had it and would call me last minute to tell me that it just got sold out? Unbelievable! So at first, I did not believe that they had it at all. To erase my doubt, Clariza drove me and my husband to the cleaning area, and we found the SUV in there. It was kinda late already and instead of rushing to go home or hang out on a Saturday evening, Clariza was there with us patiently. After all the negotiations, we finally drove the car home with Clariza's help. If it wasn't for her, we would have gone to another dealership already. She is really an asset to this dealership, big time! She's just simply the best!!! More

I walked into the dealership and was greated right away by the receptionist. A manager asked me what I was looking for and once I told him, he summoned Rudolph Bryant to help me.
