I visited Honda of New Rochelle after I presented there ad for $59 per mo on a new Civic LX to my local dealer in Yonkers. The sales person at Yonkers said that they would not honor New Rochelles ad and t ad for $59 per mo on a new Civic LX to my local dealer in Yonkers. The sales person at Yonkers said that they would not honor New Rochelles ad and that I should go there and they would not do that deal. Well, I am writing happier than ever to say that Honda of New Rochelle DID do the deal at $59 per mo with no problems at all. My sales person Jamie was very polite and professional and I will reccomend this dealer because they can obviously do deals that other dealers can't do. More
Best service department hands down!! I had such a great experience during my 2nd visit to Honda of New Rochelle's service department that I wanted to express it to other people who read these consumer feed experience during my 2nd visit to Honda of New Rochelle's service department that I wanted to express it to other people who read these consumer feedback sites like me. I purchased my car at the dealer back in September 09. After being referred to the dealership by one of my neighbors, I worked with the salesperson Jamie Buchbinder and he was very attentive to my needs and got me a good deal on my 2009 Accord EX with Leather. When I met the sales manager during the purchase, he was very friendly and kept talking about how great the service department was and how its nice that its all in one location, same building. I have to admit I didnt pay much attention to it at the time but after my second visit you can see how truthful he was being. What impressed me was the way Rafael Almonte, one of the service advisors, was honest, upfront, and appreciated my time. Ive been to many service centers before and you just sit and wait so long. Im not saying that I didnt have to wait, obviously my car was being worked on ... but he offered a loaner vehicle, I declined, then instead of waiting .. they shuttled me to the local diner where I had lunch and they picked me up. He was so nice and was concerned with my time even though I chose to wait. Nice clean dealer as well .. everything seems very organized and they care about the customers. Great Sales and Service experience! More
Honda of New Rochelle has always treated me right and this time they outdid themselves. I had an issue that wouldnt go away on my 07 Honda Accord with the braking system. They tried a few times to fix th this time they outdid themselves. I had an issue that wouldnt go away on my 07 Honda Accord with the braking system. They tried a few times to fix the problem but it kept occuring and Honda corporate couldnt even figure it out. After talking with the service manager and then the General manager, they decided to help me and genuinely cared about my inconvenience. They decided to put an over book value on my current Accord and put me into a brand new Accord at a more than fair price. The difference was minimal and they definately stretched to make this happen for me. I must say throughout the whole process, they were attentive and I never felt ignored. I feel like I know these guys and they are not just some dealer looking to get over on you. They do the right thing and I am writing this because other people should know the good dealers out there. I read some of these reviews and it doesnt even sound like the same dealer? They really do a good job and my advice for anyone with an issue would be to get a manager involved before complaining about them. Give the managers a chance to fix the issue and Im sure they can work it out. They were outstanding in my case. More

My wife and I came in to look at and possibly buy an Insight. We ended up walking out with a Civic. Now maybe that shows we got taken, but we already knew the Insight was a good car but overestimated the size. A guy named Pascal helped us and was actually very nice to us and only seemed mildly 'salesman' like. I don't know if his stories were a part of the sale or even if they were true at all, but he was knowledgable and didn't seem to fit in with the other doofuses we talked to there other times. I don't see him on the roster on their website now, so I guess he moved on or they gave him the heave-ho. At the time they didn't have an Insight we could test drive but they were on the lot and apparently were sold already. B.S. imo. We had looked at the Civic before anyway, so we knew something about it before he took us for a test drive in it. Pascal told us he'd try to cut through the crap and came up with a price that was right in line with our online car buying program price. So he did okay by us. Ed the finance guy did his job pushing the extras, but not in a bad way really. "Even the best cars are machines after all and they do break down unexpectedly," he says... Well he was nice, what can I say. We have been happy with the car and it ended up being a fair price but not a great deal. I'm sure they made at least $4,000 on it between the new car and our trade-in. Some of the crew at Honda N.R. do seem shady and their service department is a bunch of arrogant thugs who need to fired (as we found out when something went wrong with our brand new car). ***So if you want to buy a NEW car there, THEY DID OKAY, just avoid the gangster looking guys and come prepared with a price you're ready to pay or walk away. But for SERVICE, stay the heck AWAY from them.** And yes, this is posted verbatim on other websites because I don't have all day to type these things. More
I was very happy with my experience at Honda of New Rochelle where I purchased my Odyssey. I made an appointment to come in and take a look at a 2007 Honda Odyssey and when I got there the car was already pulled up, warmed up, and presented with excellence. The sales manager Alfred greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and introduced me to the sales person Nick Belli. Nick was very friendly and professional and listened to us to make sure we found the car we were looking for. He helped us throughout the whole process starting with going on the test drive in the car. As soon as we got back to the lot he went over every feature from the DVD player and navigation system to showing us where the spare tire is. After going over the car thoroughly, he brought us inside and sat us down in his office. He was very calm about the matter and helped us tremendously with making sure that this car fit our needs and most importantly fit into our budget. He was not pushy and instead made sure that we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. When we sat down with the business manager we were treated with excellence as Nick told us we would. We were completely confident with the decision we made and very pleased with the way we were treated at Honda of New Rochelle. I strongly recommend visiting Honda of New Rochelle and seeing Nick Belli so you can have a an enjoyable experience like we did. More
Purchased my Fit there about a month back from Jose...He was a gentleman and took me out to their huge lot so I could see the colors in person before I made a decision. Honda of New Rochelle is a class act! I dealt with Jason Lee the manager and Shicago Diosdado was the salesperson. I bought my last Honda at Braman Honda in Miami and didn't know who to deal with in New Yo Lee the manager and Shicago Diosdado was the salesperson. I bought my last Honda at Braman Honda in Miami and didn't know who to deal with in New York. I spoke with a salesman at Yonkers Honda and then another salesman at White Plains and was not treated well by either dealership. When I walked into New Rochelle I must admit I was skeptical because of the previous two dealers, but after meeting Shicago and Jason felt very comfortable and felt they appreciated my business. Because of that, I purchased my Accord at Honda of New Rochelle and I am extremely happy with the service! More
