I walked into the dealership and was greated right away by the receptionist. A manager asked me what I was looking for and once I told him, he summoned Rudolph Bryant to help me. Looking back on the experience, I'm amazed at how he hung in there with me and consistently followed up during the longer than normal transaction. Vinny was so engaging and personable, he not only got me the perfect deal I was looking for, he made it a fun process. I had a million questions and requests, and he came through on all of them. I had a friend at a different dealership that I could have gone to, but after working with Vinny and seeing how he worked so hard and tried to accommodate me, I felt compelled to stick with him. He made the process so easy and enjoyable and worked through every detail, even when I was unsure if I was going to move ahead with lease. Long story short, I made the best choice walking into Honda of New Rochelle that day and every time I return for follow up maintenance or questions, Vinny is there for me and the rest of the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating.
