I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord this month.The rating scale above does not go high enough for these 2 gentlemen and the service I received. Went in to buy a certified crv. Purchased one and picked it up when it was dark. The next morning we examined it and wheel mouldings, grill mouldings, bumper mouldings, the left foot floor rest, ceiling mat it up when it was dark. The next morning we examined it and wheel mouldings, grill mouldings, bumper mouldings, the left foot floor rest, ceiling material were missing or falling off.Immediaetly brought the car back and after 2 hours were offered to replace the vehicle. The only replacemrnt offered had a dent in it and stained seats. the dealer offered to fix the problems and 3 days later we returned. the replacement car was missing a moulding and the seats were still stained. Purchased the first car for 17900, found the second car on their website for 17555. wasnt offered the car for that price. After test driving the second car offered the dealer 17000 because more fixes were needed. Paul Mecca said that we were going to be lucky that we were getting the car for 17555. Demanded our money back and in 2 days received our down payment back. Was contacted by JR Buchbinder the deralers general manager and he did offer a resolution to our problem. While I may go back to the dealership for a new car I continue to have a problem with their certified used car program. More

I purchased my Honda Cr-v approx. a year ago at Honda of New Rochelle. Recently we took our Honda in for the yearly inspection and it did not pass because of the tires. I spoke to Al Liosi about our origi New Rochelle. Recently we took our Honda in for the yearly inspection and it did not pass because of the tires. I spoke to Al Liosi about our original purchase experience and the promises that were made in regards to the tires. Al Liosi corrected the situation and followed through with those original promises. We are very thankful for the wonderful customer service we received. We highly recommend Honda of New Rochelle to anyone in the car buying market. And more specifically we recommend purchasing a Honda from Al Liosi. More

We walked into the dealershop with the intention of comparing price to what we have seen advertied on the internet. I was lucky to buy a used car from Ricky Garcia, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patience to answer all my questions and not pushy like most car salesman. He has great communication skills and was prepared on every step of the sale, he called my car insurance to insure the car for me and called me the day after I picked my car to make sure everything was ok. I will recommend him to my friends and family whenever they need a car. Ricky also speaks spanish which is a plus, he can sale cars to both english speaking and spanish speaking buyers. Recently having gone through a bad divorce, which in turn resulted in a foreclosure of my home and having to file chapter 7 bankruptcy, I never believed I would have been able to get myself a new honda for m resulted in a foreclosure of my home and having to file chapter 7 bankruptcy, I never believed I would have been able to get myself a new honda for my my new bride. Ben said it was possible and Mohamed the Finance manager believed in me and got us the rate we wanted but at the same time both were extreme gentleman with a fun personality which made the process so painless. Mohamed realized my situation and he made us feel so comfortable and I appreciate the fact that we had purchased a car from them previously and he wanted to keep us as satisfied customers.
