We walked into the dealershop with the intention of purchase a car which we have seen advertised on the internet. Unfortunately the car was sold out, but we had out alternate options with other cars so purchase a car which we have seen advertised on the internet. Unfortunately the car was sold out, but we had out alternate options with other cars so we looked around. Mr. Corey Pickett was very helpful and kind enough to show all those options. Finally, we are able to finalize a car (2010 Honda Civic LX) in about one hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patience to answer all my questions and not pushy like most car salesman. We purchased the vehicle that day and the dealership had it ready as promised. Thank you so much for Nick Belli, Al Liosi and Corey Pickett. We were very happy with our purchase at Honda of New Rochelle. I definitely would recommend buying your car at this dealership and I will surely come back again. More

The dealership in general was clean, well-run and very professional. We feel like they gave us a great deal on our used car, and would recommend Honda New Rochelle to other used car buyers. In shopping for a used car, we visited other dealers, and were not impressed with their selection, knowledge of the vehicles they offered for sale, or professionalism; this made us appreciate the expertise and sincerity of Nick Minervion and Honda New Rochelle even more. I loved my car so much that I continued my lease with the same exact car in the same exact color just a 2012. Honda's are great cars. They are very reliable and the customer service is outstanding. What made this such a wonderful experience was dealing with such honest and kind salesmen such as Paul Mecca. Everyone there is super friendly but Paul is just so awesome! He really helped me make the decision of what car suits me best. I am so glad I took all his great advice because I am so in love with my car. It rides so smoothly. If you want a great deal on an awesome car that makes you happy then buy one at Honda of New Rochelle! More

I went to Honda of New Rochelle to lease a new CRV yesterday. The salesperson, Ben, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The general manager, JR, was also great. This was our first time dealing with Honda. We have always been Jeep customers. The experience was wonderful. Ed was great with us. Every week Ed called my husband to keep him updated on the status. We love our new CR-V. More

In seeking to replace an aging minivan, my wife and I narrowed our choices to an SUV or crossover to two makes and three models, including the 2011 Honda CRV. In total, we test drove the three models at six different dealerships, three each for the two makes, and found our experience at Honda of New Rochelle to be the most unpleasant. The test drive, itself, went without a hitch, with both my wife and I taking turns, and not having any complaints about experience to that point. Paul Mecca and I are about the same age and we shared a number of common experiences. Additionally, during the test drive, we made it quite clear to him that the CRV was not the only model we were considering and that we had yet to make a decision, which taken in context with what happened next in the showroom very important. The visit went downhill once the test drive was completed. Mr. Mecca walked us to his office to discuss our needs, as any good salesman would do. Once we discussed our preference, such as front-wheel vs. all-wheel drive, IF we decided to purchase the Honda CRV, he left the office to check the upcoming CRV inventory arriving at Honda of New Rochelle in a few weeks. We were leaning towards a blue exterior, but Paul informed us that the upcoming inventory didn't include one in that color so we were told that we would have to settle for a different color. However, we learned later from a different Honda dealer that given the major revisions to 2012 CRV, Honda's corporate headquarters had given specific instructions to all dealers to move the 2011 CRVs, regardless whether the dealer had the available color and options on the lot (e.g., call other dealers to find what the customer wants, such as a blue CRV). By this time, my wife and I were ready to leave as this visit would prove to be longer than any of the other six test drives we took. As we stood up to leave, Mr. Mecca ushered in his sales manager, whose name escapes me, and he asked us to sit, regardless that our body language was showing that we had completed our task - taking a test drive. Once we sat, the sales manager put on a Cheshire grin and stated "what will it take to get to buy a CRV today?" We stated, "Nothing!," got up, shook hands and left almost immediately. As my wife and I walked to our car we were seething on how tactless this dealership had been. I will have to give credit that Mr. Mecca made a follow-up call a few days later, which not all the salesmen did, but I was not in my office at the time. In the end we chose a different make and model because we liked the ride better than the CRV. However, if we had chosen the CRV, we would have definitely purchased it at a different dealership after this test driving experience. More
I went in to Honda of New Rochelle and expected nothing. I know I had a few credit issue's but I needed a car that I can depend on. I was surprised to see that this dealership is not like that rest. They actually wanted to sell me a car I can afford! The salesman and finance manager worked above and beyond my expectations, and truly made me a lifelong customer because I can trust them.
