honda new rochelle recently started an express service which include oil changes, tire inspection etc....i went for an oil change and the agent rafael was not only friendly but said i would be out in no m which include oil changes, tire inspection etc....i went for an oil change and the agent rafael was not only friendly but said i would be out in no more than a half an hour....25 minutes later the car was ready! i couldnt believe it...the express service is a great idea More

I just bought a 2012 Honda Crosstour in December. I went to the new express service department to fix a slow leak in my tire (got punctured by a nail). From the moment I walked into the door, the staff welcomed me and was very accomadating. Mike, my service advisor, was extremely helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. He even gave me different options as to how to go about settling my tire issue. I owned a Mercedes and Infinit in the past and was concerned about what type of service I would get from a Honda dealership (no offense). Mike and the rest of the staff proved that their top quality customer service is just as good as any high end dealer! It is obvious that it is a priority and I am very happy with their service! More
Love the new EXPRESS SERVICE. I used to plan my life around oil change....not anymore. No appointment needed. Job done in about 30 min. Good service and good price. The service opens until 8pm. I am from NYC and i thought i would try shopping for new car away from the shark infested dealers in the city, so i tried Honda New Rochelle. The customer service was great and unlike every other dealer i have been to in the past, they did not try loading me up with things i did not need. They did not seem money hungry, I felt at ease and for the first time i didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. I got a 2011 Insight for a great price and their service now is even better since they opened up an express no appointment necessary service center right across the street. I highly reccommend this dealer above any other. I will definitely trade in or buy my next car from there, they have a loyal customer with me. :) More

So I totally forgot about this DealerRater review until I unburied the card while cleaning this weekend. WIth that said, it's been a little over a month since I drove off the lot in my brand new Accord EX-V6 and I couldn't be happier. Ed was great and I'm not just saying that. Before ending up at New Rochelle, I visited every Honda up the Hudson River. I actually live in New Rochelle, but my thought process was the farther north I go, the better price I'll get. It was the exact opposite. Also, the level of professionalism exceeded any other dealership. They say never to sign on the first day, but at New Rochelle there's no reason not to. Before visiting New Rochelle Honda, I'd done my homework. I knew what vehile I wanted -a Certified Honda CRV LX, Late model (2008-2009)in excellent condition with less than 30,000 miles,and never having been I knew what vehile I wanted -a Certified Honda CRV LX, Late model (2008-2009)in excellent condition with less than 30,000 miles,and never having been in a bang-up. Sounds like a tall order? I'd narrowed it down to three Honda dealers; I'd checked out the Honda Certified, Edmonds, and the New Rochelle Honda websites. I'd also checked out two other highly-rated Honda dealers (by the way, my wife and I live in Brooklyn, and decided to pass on any dealers in NYC figuring that cars that had driven in NYC were less likely to measure up). My wife and I determined to visit three Honda dealers, intuitively making New Rochelle Honda last. I started out at each dealership the same way - by advising the sales rep that I wasn't there to waste my time or theirs, so please, no sales pitch.I'd been schooled by my ace mechanic in Brooklyn what to look for and advised that if a vehicle had been in an accident, I'd know (btw CarFax is useless in that regard). By the time we got to New Rochelle we'd been through the ringer - we'd begin to despair that what we were looking for simply didn't exist, plus it was starting to get dark. But then we met Mike Morano, a friendly, up-front individual who actually listens when you speak; he responded to my 'waste-of-time'admonition with 'no problem'.We'd seen a 2009 vehicle on the New Rochelle website that I'd figured was just a bait-and-switch - it sounded too good. Well, it was the first one he showed us, and essentially the only one we really needed to see. However, it was too dark to see clearly.I told Mike that it needed the 'sunshine test' but I was concerned that it'd be gone by the time we showed up two days later (Mike had a super-busy next-day, and advised us to return in two days.) He offered a completely refundable deposit to hold the vihicle until then, which we happily did, and when we did it passed the 'sunshine' test with flying colors. Now I'm not a mechanic, or even very knowledgeable about auto mechanics, so before buying we asked if we could bring the car to a nearby mechanic to check it out. Again, no problem, and his assessment was what we'd hoped for, so we were good to go. The CRV we bought had significantly fewer miles than we were looking for, and looked great. by the way, the engine hadn't been steam-cleaned - it looked like the low mileage it actually had.The price was also more-than-fair. At every step along the way Mike Morano answered every question we had knowledgeably and without hesitation, with no need to consult with his manager - thoroughly comperent. Plus, he's a thoroughly likeable guy. So thanks Mike, thanks new Rochelle Honda. I can't say we'll be back soon (except for maintence)because this vehicle will last us a good while, but I enthusiastically recommend New Rochells Honda as an absolute on your itinerary.
