Let me just put it out there that Honda of New Rochelle is truly better than any dealership around and has the BEST staff, especially Mike!!! This was the first dealership my mom and I visited and origina is truly better than any dealership around and has the BEST staff, especially Mike!!! This was the first dealership my mom and I visited and originally our plan was to go store to store and look at other cars before settling on one but after meeting Mike Morano my confidence on buying this car was beyond me. Mike gave me the full attention and time that I needed. He was extremely helpful, patient, understanding, friendly, and he did absolutely everything possible to make sure my mom and I were satisfied with the car. I'm very happy with my used 2008 Honda Civic and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Mike or a better dealership than Honda of New Rochelle. I recently went in to the express service center to have the battery checked out because I was having a problem with it. Mike, Sal and Ivan had it tested and it turned out that the battery had a bad cell. T the battery checked out because I was having a problem with it. Mike, Sal and Ivan had it tested and it turned out that the battery had a bad cell. They replaced the battery, which was still under warranty, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Thanks, guys!! The express service center is a great idea! Keep up the good work. And the coffee was great, too!! More

Honda of New Rochelle is a superb dealership. The customer service is speedy, efficient, and friendly to boot.
