Emmastjohn, thanks so much for your review. Just like any other service or product, the free market creates competition. We do provide a laundry list of complimentary services that we do for our clients like a multi-point inspection at every service visit, a free alignment check and a carwash and vacuum. We are not the cheapest service center out there, but we are very competitive with other service centers of a similar size. Also, our technicians specialize and go to school to learn Honda's so you can rest assured that our techs know the Honda product better than most. There are a lot of garages and mechanics that are jacks of all trades but masters at nothing. We pride ourselves on having the most knowledgeable Honda technicians that we can have. Is that the least expensive way to operate? Absolutely not, but it is the only way that we want to operate in order to deliver the best service that we can for our clients!
