They try to make their customers happy. My 2000 civic had over 500,000 miles on it and it was time to buy a new car. I told them the new car was going to be a 20 year anniversary version of my old civic and would be a special car. I drove my new 2020 Civic EX Coupe home today and love it. Lance and Heath worked with me and negotiated pricing through text messages- even during my work day breaks, so that we could keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated them answering all of my questions and working with me on accessories that I had requested they add to the car. I am not joking about the 500K mile car. They now have it on display in their building. Stop by and see it! More
Worst Dealership Ever It's been months of chasing them around for information regarding my car. For example, It took a month with no follow up from them (only me) for an ESTIMATE! Then, I only got a price, and when I asked for the estimate, I had to wait another week and a half. I've been trying to get an idea of how much I've spent on my car this year, and I've made three phone calls, left two voicemails, with NO reply, asking for someone to send me a breakdown about how much the provide for what cost in their oil change (since it includes other car costs like a car wash and tire rotation). Literally, I just want to get one little email. I'm so over working with them! I've also emailed back to them requesting feedback with my concerns and surprise...no response! This Honda dealership has disgraceful service! It stinks too, because I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it's now been about 5 months of me chasing and chasing for every single need. More

By the end of the experience he felt like family and has followed up with us several times to ensure that we are happy. Barton, the associate who helped us finance, was outstanding as well. He was so accommodating and worked hard to get us the best payment plan with Ascend. Everything about the dealership was overly satisfactory - the cleanliness, the amenities offered by every associate, the snack and rest area, and the whole process of buying a car was so streamline. After the worst new car experience of our lives (with our beloved Honda brand, no less), I researched Honda dealerships in the Middle Tennessee area a After the worst new car experience of our lives (with our beloved Honda brand, no less), I researched Honda dealerships in the Middle Tennessee area and found Honda of Murfreesboro to be the most highly rated, not only for sales, but also for service. I wanted my sister to have a service team she could rely on and fully trust going forward--one that would not only make promises, but follow through and fulfill them, even if it meant driving a bit further from home to have her car serviced. We spent over eight hours in this dealership this past weekend purchasing a nice, late-model, used car for her to use. EVERY individual we interfaced with, from reception to sales to service to finance to corporate leadership was exceedingly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. We feel good going forward that we have found the perfect Honda dealership to trust with the care of her vehicle, and expect to return to Honda of Murfreesboro as satisfied customers for many years to come. Thanks to a great team for not only "talking the talk," but "walking the walk." Your high customer ratings are now completely evident to us, and exceedingly well-founded. Keep up the great work! More

The salesman that helped me, Chris Vasilik, made sure I was informed and comfortable with the decision I was making and helped me every step of the way. The person in finance, Barton Sallee, also made sure I was comfortable with the deal I was making. He explained everything very clearly.
