I understand your concerns. First of all, there are millions of these recalls all over the nation and we are trying to accommodate them as fast as we can. There isn't a time frame or limit as to when we can get to these all. We check with Honda everyday on updates on these. As to the loaner car and the scratch, there are 1 to 7 people that are in charge of giving loaners out for our recall customers. If someone put you in a loaner vehicle and did not note that there was a scratch on there, and another person checked it when you came back, they would not know that the scratch was there already. That is why they wanted to check with the other team members, while you were here, to make sure it was noted somewhere. I appreciate you sharing your concerns with us.
