Needless to say, I was not happy to be there, much less happy that I had to spend the entire day there while it was taken care of. To my pleasant surprise, I found the customer waiting area such a nice facility that the day passed quickly while I was able to get some much needed work completed (thankfully, I had my portable office with me). The cafe experience was incredible! Simple sandwiches offered to waiting customers, with chips, fruit and beverages. The lady managing this area was so nice. I have a gluten allergy and she created a gluten-friendly plate, even cutting up an apple for a side item. When I got the news about what my repairs would entail, I was a little shocked. The cafe attendant talked to me about this same time and I, jokingly, mentioned I needed some chocolate, my usual stress reliever. To my surprise, she brought me a chocolate candy bar when returning from lunch! Such a thoughtful gesture... It made a tough day a little easier, to say the least. During my several hours there, I witnessed this same level of care given to the others waiting with me. From the cafe experience to the service department associates, The kindness as they worked with everyone was truly noteworthy. The overall experience - facilities and employees - was something I can't imagine is very typical. This is the reason for my long-winded response here. Thank you for the great suctomer service experience. More

Needless to say, that becomes a crisis when you are running low on gas! I spoke first to my original sales rep, Shon, and then to the service folks about it. Elijah White was my service rep and he was great. I live in downtown Nashville and work in Franklin - meaning the dealership is a half hour or so from every place I normally go. I got my car down to them - Elijah took care of getting me a rental car, got it set up quickly, and they provided a quick ride over to pick up the rental. The part they needed came in the next day, and I picked up my car that same afternoon. Elijah called promptly when the car was done so I would know. While it was frustrating to have something randomly go wrong, they handled it very well and were very accommodating. Thumbs up. More

The rep told me the cost of my service and I advised him when I booked my appointment it was less than what he quoted and I also had a one year anniversary discount to be used. The rep immediately said no problem and honored the lower price that I showed him and the discount. No hassle, no fuss treatment made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly he listened and understood the customer. That's all I can ask. In addition the free cafe, car wash and a friendly visit from Customer rep, Diane, made the visit even better. More

Service customer Recently stopped by when my battery appeared to be failing. They thoroughly tested the battery, starter and alternator then replaced the battery. While I didn't have an appointment they worked me in in reasonable time for a fair price. I have two Honda's and always have received quality, courteous service at all their dealers. More
