I contacted the Service Dept pertaining to a missing part from an accessory installed soon after my vehicle purchase. The service personnel were understanding and quickly recommended a solution to order the part and set up a time for installation. The next day I received a call that the part had been received and would like to schedule a time for installation. I agreed to return two days later and had the service completed as promised and to my full satisfaction. More
