Recently while traveling from NY to Kansas, we encountered a problem with our Infinity vehicle. The undercarriage was covered with oil. We called this dealer and they instructed us to bring it ov encountered a problem with our Infinity vehicle. The undercarriage was covered with oil. We called this dealer and they instructed us to bring it over and they would fit us in. Luke, Amy, and Dale were absolutely amazing! What we thought was going to be a major problem, turned out to be minor. With their busy schedule they went out of their way to fit us in. They were amazing!
