We entered Manhasset Honda looking to purchase a new Honda CRV and found salesman Eric Wong. Right from the start he was professional, had a warm and welcoming demeanor and was ready to help us. He showed us our different options and even allowed us to drive test drive the car for quite some time. Eric explained everything so clearly and answered all our questions. When we returned to the showroom, he went over the prices, etc. We felt that he was very honest and wanted to do the best for us. We felt extremely comfortable working with Eric and we purchased a car. Upon picking up the car, Eric sat with us in the new car for quite some time going over how to use the car and all the bells and whistles that it came with. He has so much patience and explained things clearly. We would highly recommend working with Eric Wong at this dealership. I had a great experience at Honda Manhasset. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and directed me to Bonnie. She happily and patiently explained what each car model featured, the pricing, the pros and cons of each model, etc. She was very friendly, not pushy, was honest and fair in regards to the pricing and didn't play any games. She allowed me time to make my decision, and I never felt pressured at any point of this experience, which was refreshing. I also spoke with the sales manager, and he was also very friendly and helpful in the purchase of my car. After I picked the car I wanted, I worked with Gina who is the business manager. She was very friendly (as you can see I use that word a lot, it was a common theme with everyone who worked there), and worked with me on getting my credit approved and with getting all the paperwork put together. Even though my credit was light, she worked with me, and still got me the price that fit into my budget, which was greatly appreciated. I felt both Bonnie and Gina went the extra mile for me, and made what I thought would be a painful process into a very easy and enjoyable experience. After the car was ready, one of the guys who worked in the service department, sat down in the car with me and explained all the features of the car, and even setup the bluetooth for my phone, for me. He was very friendly, and knowledgable about the car as well.
