Paul took very good care of me I brought in my CR-V at 8:00 AM for an 8:15 AM appointment with Paul. I had to wait until 8:30 to see him because he's very popular. He knew what had I brought in my CR-V at 8:00 AM for an 8:15 AM appointment with Paul. I had to wait until 8:30 to see him because he's very popular. He knew what had to be fixed/replaced since my last visit, which was a time-saver. Since I had a lot of stuff done to my car, I waited there for 3 hours and 30 minutes. I didn't care though because Paul came to see me every 30 minutes to give me an update., The only negative about the visit was I was unable to connect to their WiFi even though I entered the correct password several times. More
