Great Customer Service After the key to my 2013 Honda broke I spoke with Bob Pellecchia (Sales Manager) and Danny Barros (Service Manager). These gentlemen took care of me and replaced the key free of charge. They treated me like a valuable customer and I appreciate that. From discussing my issue with Angelo last week, meeting with Jeff yesterday morning, and picking up my car last night I could only help but be completely satisfied. The car is back running great! Brought My Vehicle In For Service I had brought my vehicle in for service on March 16, 2015, Ron was very friendly and had the service done good but the only disappointment was that th I had brought my vehicle in for service on March 16, 2015, Ron was very friendly and had the service done good but the only disappointment was that the service technician that worked on my vehicle, while doing the job, accidently cracked my front bumper and when I called to talk to Ron about this, he got upset and hung up the phone on me after denying that his technician did not do this but the fact is that when I had taken the vehicle into service, I had checked it very well all around my vehicle and there was no crack or scratch anywhere other than the one light scratch that was there when I bought this vehicle. So I request to Ron to have this fixed or mended not replace the whole bumper but Ron cuts me off, denies and hangs up the phone on me again, went in person to talk about this and he just cut me off straight off and said that he doesn't want to talk about this anymore. This whole customer service was bad and I didn't want to go to the service manager to complain because the service manager is his own brother and I just knew that nothing would be done about it. It was a very bad experience with service that I had, especially when going there for the very first time. Overall, Ron is a nice person and is very friendly as long as he gets appreciation but the moment we point out a problem, then all that nice personality is gone. I don't take Ron as a bad person for that but as a courtesy of their mistake they should have at least fixed up my bumper!!! More
Mahwah Honda is a superior dealership to work with in both sales adn service. I own 2 2010 Hondas' and between repairs and customer service i could not be more delighted. The Sales Manager Jake is a forthright person to deal with and you won't get the proverbial run around rather a straight answer. I have done business with Mahwah Honda since the the mid 1980s they always go out of there way to make me feel like my business really matters to them. My Honda's dont have many issues but when ever they do 1980s they always go out of there way to make me feel like my business really matters to them. My Honda's dont have many issues but when ever they do they have always been there with the best service I could ask for. The customer service is a big part of why I continue to service my vehicles (a 2010exL and my new 2012Lx Accord) and also the reason I would only buy my new cars at this dealer. There pricing on service work is very reasonable and there new car prices are always the best. I would definitly recommend this dealer to my friends and family and anyone looking for a GREAT DEALER !!! More
Brought my car in for standard service which included having my tires rotated. When I got home, I realized the tires had not been rotated (I have a damaged rim and it was still on the front end of the c having my tires rotated. He told me the person who preformed the service had been with them for years and won't do anything like that. I purchased my vehicle new from Mahwah in 2008 and had been taking it back to them for all service. Not anymore. I've since taken my car to Tenafly Honda. Want a difference! More
I brought my car in for a vibration when I used my brakes. They cut my rotors and said the existing pads can stay on my vehicle. 2 weeks later my vehicle is making a noise when I brake and now I need brakes. Not happy with the service department. I paid to have the rotors cut for apparently no reason. More
THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY WHEN YOU BUY BUT GO BACK WITH REPAIRS COVERED UNDER WARRENTY AND THE SCREW YOU GIVING A xx STORY I TOOK MY 2008 HONDA CIVIC W/ 19900 MILES BECAUSE THE a/c STOPPED WORKING AND TH REPAIRS COVERED UNDER WARRENTY AND THE SCREW YOU GIVING A xx STORY I TOOK MY 2008 HONDA CIVIC W/ 19900 MILES BECAUSE THE a/c STOPPED WORKING AND THEY SAID A ROCK CAME UP AND BROKE THE LINE OK THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WHERE THEY SAID IT BROKE U CAN'T GET TO IT ITS HIDDEN FROM UNDERNEATH CAR AND TOLD ME BY PHONE IT WOULD COST 450.00 I HAD TO FIX IT SO WHEN I GOT THERE THEY HAND ME A BILL FOR 550.00 I GOT VERY UPSET AND THEY DROPPED IT TO 200.00 BUT IT SHOULD BE COVERED SO THEY WILL BEND YOU OVER BE CAREFUL i have a complaint w/ the BBB and notified regional office for help against these crooks More
Our first stop was for touch up paint and second for routine service. Bought a friend's used low mileage '02 CRV and they had it serviced here so we went back. We have had many friends and relatives who bought and serviced their Honda here and we join them as part of the "Happy Honda" family. This is our first Honda and we are extremely happy with both the CRV and Mahwah Honda! Keep up the good work! More
