Simply the best! I have been a customer of Mahwah Honda for years and the staff has never let me down. I called with a concern about my 2017 Honda CRV and Paul Eisc I have been a customer of Mahwah Honda for years and the staff has never let me down. I called with a concern about my 2017 Honda CRV and Paul Eischen talked to me. Even though the service department was fully booked, he had me bring my CRV in so he could make sure it was safe to drive. Then he proceeded to make an appointment for me later in the week (and provided a loaner car so I wouldn't have to miss work). Paul is a great example of how customers should be treated! I brought my CRV in on May 30th and Jessie helped me. He greeted me and took my vehicle right away after providing the loaner car for me. He was terrific. Jessie also took care of me when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Again he was prompt and explained the details of the servicing my CRV required. I have shared my positive experiences about Mahwah Honda with friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for your great service! More
