a car was in Que & not seen 2 1/2 hrs despite appt. Arrived at appointment time 10:30 but car NOT SEEN & still in Que at 1:15pm. Mark did everything to speed it sling ( was terrific) but service was Not what it usually is at this Honda dealership. More

Service Center experience I brought my car in for routine maintenance like an oil change, and I knew I needed new tires. After they looked at my car I received a call from the I brought my car in for routine maintenance like an oil change, and I knew I needed new tires. After they looked at my car I received a call from the service rep and was told my car needed a total of almost $2500 worth of work. The car is only 7 yrs old, although it does have over 100,000 miles on it. And I have kept up with the maintenance since I bought it. For financial reasons I chose to fix only those items that were most pressing, and the service rep did his best to apply coupons and bring the cost down as much as he could. After I picked my car up I noticed a problem as soon as I got on the road. I called the service rep immediately and was able to bring my car right back. They drove the car alone and then with me in it, and I was told there was nothing wrong. But I insisted there was, and they took it back into the shop to recheck it with whatever equipment they use. Turns out I was right, and they did fix it immediately. But what if I hadn't insisted? I drive my car every day and I know how it feels. If I say something is wrong, I shouldn't have to be a mechanic to be taken seriously. I have no complaints about the service rep, who did his very best to help me. I've been a loyal Honda owner and have only purchased brand new Hondas (this is my 4th) for over 25 yrs. But this particular car, which I bought new in 2011, is the worst I've had. There have been issues on and off since the day I picked it up, but not enough to qualify it as a lemon. It's definitely made me rethink if I will buy Honda again, and this recent experience with the service dept has shaken my faith in them as well. More

Excellent, caring and respectful. Paul Eischen the person in charge of service at Mahwah Honda. I respect him and have a 2000 Honda Accord as well as a 2007 Honda Accord. Should i ever need another car i would buy it from Mahwah Honda, I feel that i'm treated fair and treat me with respect. I'm a Viet Nam vet. and have spent over 1 1 / 4 years in the hospitals' from Viet Nam, to Japan, and Valley Forge General Hospital in Phonexville, Pa.(that is the hospital i spent much of my time. Would love to get another car but at the time money is tight so i do the best that i can with what i have currently, given my back and knees' the Accord gives me the most amount of room. It not only is the Service rep. but the people in the service bay that anything in need of repair is pointed out to Paul and I question him as to just what must be done. Robert Cohen has for years when i purchased my first Honda Accord he was great and to this day I can call him for advice should i need to and respect what he advises me. Thank You, Jeffrey D. great service experience! I recently had a low tire light come on and when I checked I found my right rear tire was low. I went to Mahwah Honda and I was welcomed and taken in I recently had a low tire light come on and when I checked I found my right rear tire was low. I went to Mahwah Honda and I was welcomed and taken in very quickly. They found a nail in the tire and they were able to repair it and get me back on the road.
