Satisfied Customer Very happy with the attention and follow up of Mark Blazeiewicz and the mechanics that serviced my car. After not experiencing what i did while they test drove the car one of the mechanics agreed to take my car home to see if he feels the jerking issue i was. Driving back to the dealership the following day he did experience it. He got on the phone with Honda and by the end of the day they were confident the problem was addressed. Hopefully all issues were taken care of but i know for certain the level of professionalism was met by Mark Blazeiewicz and the mechanics. More

Finally! A pleasant experience This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at Mahwah Honda in the service department.. The last few times I've had to wait a minim This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at Mahwah Honda in the service department.. The last few times I've had to wait a minimum of 2+ hours and it usually ends up costing me an arm and a leg. This time I was only there for a little over an hour and there weren't too many expenses past the reason I was there (oil change, tire rotation). Paul was fantastic! Very friendly and very honest.
