Excellent Service I arrived at 7:35 AM and did not have to wait. I met immediately with my service representative, Robert, who reviewed everything the car needed, and I arrived at 7:35 AM and did not have to wait. I met immediately with my service representative, Robert, who reviewed everything the car needed, and pointed out the discounts that he would apply. He told me that the service would take an hour and 15 minutes, which it did. Upon completion of service, he reviewed everything that was done and told me what items would likely need to be addressed during the next service. He then walked me to the cashier's area and also verified that the car was parked just outside the door, because there was a light rain. The experience could not have been better. More
