Problem not corrected, but I was treated well. My 2018 Odyssey needed an oil change, tire rotation and recall work done. Additionally, I have experienced constant problems using my phone through th My 2018 Odyssey needed an oil change, tire rotation and recall work done. Additionally, I have experienced constant problems using my phone through the microphone in the minivan. People are unable to understand anything I say because it comes through garbled and often cuts out completely. The microphone was replaced months ago with zero improvement to the problem. I asked that this be looked at again. The car was kept for a week (due to the July 4 holiday and a weekend). The maintenance work and recall work were done successfully. Unfortunately there was nothing to be done with the phone speaker problem. It remains unintelligible to those on the other end. Despite my disappointment and annoyance that nothing can be done about that problem, I came away very pleased with how I was treated by Robert Diaz and the people that helped me when I picked the vehicle up. Robert kept me informed each day about the vehicle’s status and was honest about the fact the phone issue was unlikely to be corrected. Everyone was unfailingly polite and pleasant. The excellent service department at Mahwah Honda is a big reason we continue to come back when our leases are up. Thank you for such great service. More
