I have a special issue that could be really embarrassing. I have an interlock installed in my vehicle. I was postponing having the airbag replaced but my brother kept insisting. Well, I explained the issue to Arlene who told me just to bring my car in no worries and explain what is going on to the service staff. Joesph made me feel super comfortable and passed, what I felt to be zero judgement and actually gave me support. It’s a trying time and his kindness really went a long way. No eyebrows raised from other staff members which also meant a lot. I’m so glad I finally replaced my airbag, my brother too!!! I would come to Honda of mahwah again and would even consider your team first when it comes time to buy a new car. Thank you so much. More
