Excellent ,accommodating service I called the dealership close to 6:00 pm because there was a nail in my tire and it was losing air. Great, thorough, fast service! I always come to Mahwah Honda to get my minivan serviced. I trust that they will steer me in the right direction. What I love most is they continually update me on the status of my vehicle whether it is dropped off or while I wait. They also give me time to make a decision on a costly repair so that I can discuss the work with my husband. A loaner car is offered when the work will take a long time. This is so important so that my day doesn't have to stop just because my vehicle is in for servicing. They are friendly, courteous and patient, and always give me advice. And the newly renovated Service Dept. is wonderful! I would recommend this service department to others! More
