I’ve been working with Abdul Chama at Mahwah Honda for the last few weeks so that I could pick out a car that best fit my financial and logistical needs. I paid to have my timing belt replaced and the whole time no one knew when my truck would Be ready. 2 weeks later the new timing belt let lose and my engine blew. After many weeks of phone calls and false promises about being reimbursed for the tow Matt the service manager just ignored my calls . The whole experience from getting the timing belt Replaced the first time till now was a total nightmare they replaced the bare minimum and the trucks never drove the same since they worked on it. They did give me a loaner car for a month while they fixed it but communication was always poor More

We have bought 2 vehicles in the last 2 months. . Anil the Salesman has been great but the rest of the staff need to find a different career or take a class in how not to be dishonest.. Or maybe it . When purchasing or leasing the number's the salesman show you at first are nowhere near the final prices/payment which you will see when you get to the back room to sign the papers.. Soo don't be excited about what a deal you got until to get the final numbers.. Next, which I really believe is a scam is this, which happened to us. On the 2nd purchase of a brand new vehicle we were informed not to make another payment on the vehicle we were trading in because of the proper payout etc. Waiting for the new vehicle to come in took a few weeks and I did'nt want to go over the 30 days late to hurt my credit.. I explained this to the Finance manager and he promised the payoff would be done in a few days from signing, which would be plenty of time. Needless to say Mahwah did not make the payment in 1-3 days.. It was over 2 weeks. I had to make the payment so I didn't go over 30 days late.. After doing so Mahwah called for a new payout amount which was over $500 less than what was in our contract. I have contacted them at least 5 times regarding the refund which they owe me and I keep getting the runaround. I believe this was done purposely to make another $500 dollars from us, assuming i wouldn't notice. BEWARE PEOPLE. Do your research.. Never again will be be scammed again by This Place.. The Better Business Bureau is the next step for us.. Sorry for rambling.. Sooo aggravating More
