I was at this dealership on 10-Sep-2024 to see a CPO 2021 Honda Civic EXL. I have never experienced this extreme pressure tactics they used. First it was the sales person, then his manager. I told them I need to see one more car the next day and then will be able to decide. They were forcing me buy the car the same day, OR at least deposit some money before leaving the premises. It was actually scary. Very horrible experience. More

Steve has gone out of his way to make sure everything was "perfect" when leasing my new car, he showed great signs of concern and empathy. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I live 6 hours away from this dealership and was trying to buy a car I liked on there lot. Called at 9:30am and made sure it was available then worked out everything with my bank. dealership and was trying to buy a car I liked on there lot. Called the dealership and said all i need is a bill of sale emailed to my bank but no one returned my call. 6pm I called again and left another message . 7:15 finely get a call back ,I asked to send the bill of sale to my bank and a few pitchers of the car. Sales man said after taxes and dmv the price went from 21,700 to almost 28,000 (that wasn't counting the money I was putting down). When asking why so many fees and additional insurance that I didn't want was added. The sals guy says someone just walked in and is going to buy the car tonight sorry for your luck. Seemed to me like they just didn't want to take the time to explain the extra fees and tell me about the extra insurance fee. When I asked to remove the insurance because i didn't need or want it they refused to remove from the price of the car and that was when someone magically appeared to buy the car. More
