He told me that the service would take an hour and 15 minutes, which it did. Upon completion of service, he reviewed everything that was done and told me what items would likely need to be addressed during the next service. He then walked me to the cashier's area and also verified that the car was parked just outside the door, because there was a light rain. The experience could not have been better. More
