Mahwah Honda is a superior dealership to work with in both sales adn service. I own 2 2010 Hondas' and between repairs and customer service i could not be more delighted. I have done business with Mahwah Honda since the the mid 1980s they always go out of there way to make me feel like my business really matters to them. My Honda's dont have many issues but when ever they do 1980s they always go out of there way to make me feel like my business really matters to them. My Honda's dont have many issues but when ever they do they have always been there with the best service I could ask for. The customer service is a big part of why I continue to service my vehicles (a 2010exL and my new 2012Lx Accord) and also the reason I would only buy my new cars at this dealer. There pricing on service work is very reasonable and there new car prices are always the best. I would definitly recommend this dealer to my friends and family and anyone looking for a GREAT DEALER !!! More
I was honestly annoyed leaving the dealership on Saturday as I had previously fully disclosed all previous offers, provided all information on my car, had the title and all sets of keys in hand to make somet as I had previously fully disclosed all previous offers, provided all information on my car, had the title and all sets of keys in hand to make something happen on the spot, and received an offer that was $2K less than what I had 15 minutes from my house a month ago. I am not certain if Joe D is at fault but I will lean toward Bob Pellecchia the New Car GSM. I advised EVERYTHING leading into taking the over 100 mile trip to visit this dealership. In the end, Bob should have really stepped up and provided more information BEFORE the time was taken to show up to only find out they would considerable short of previous offers. I am okay with hearing that a deal will not work, I understand the numbers completely and respect when someone advises it is a deal they cannot approve. I am not okay with talking a long trip for nothing. Saturdays are a busy day and I don’t care to fill space and time in a dealership if they are not taking me seriously. I feel this group wasted my entire families time in getting us to show up to only advise they couldn’t even match other offers I received. Mahwah Honda – next time be forthcoming and do all consumers a favor and be honest if a deal is not something you can do before the effort is made to show up. Unfortunately this falls into a typical highway car dealership category and I was not impressed. More
We visited several dealers in the Bergen County area today. Our last stop was Mahwah Honda, I will say that this will be our last stop for a long long time. Mahwah did give us the best price but it was an after thought after experiencing the level of service that we received. We were comfortable the whole time. We weren't pressured in any way shape or form. I appreciate the way they do business because it must come from the top down. I will recommend Joe to family and friends. We will be customers for a very long time. To all the employees and management, you should be proud of the business that you have built. A special thanks to Howard Polman. He wasn't listed in this survey but he did a great job. Thanks to all involved! More
Brought my car in for standard service which included having my tires rotated. When I got home, I realized the tires had not been rotated (I have a damaged rim and it was still on the front end of the c having my tires rotated. He told me the person who preformed the service had been with them for years and won't do anything like that. I purchased my vehicle new from Mahwah in 2008 and had been taking it back to them for all service. Not anymore. I've since taken my car to Tenafly Honda. Want a difference! More

I brought my car in for a vibration when I used my brakes. They cut my rotors and said the existing pads can stay on my vehicle. 2 weeks later my vehicle is making a noise when I brake and now I need brakes. They cut my rotors and said the existing pads can stay on my vehicle. 2 weeks later my vehicle is making a noise when I brake and now I need all new pads and rotors. Not happy with the service department. I paid to have the rotors cut for apparently no reason. More
