Prior to car shopping, I spent a ton of time researching the best make and model for my families needs. I wanted to make sure 1) I didn't make any rash decisions 2) I'd nailed down a good deal. I test drove a decent amount of cars at other dealerships prior to seeing Harry and I was disappointed most with how the salesmen were trying to cover up problems with the vehicles. For example, one dealership tried to "air out" the car before I got there, so I wouldn't smell the cigarette smoke when I test drove it. With Harry, I immediately felt a level of trust. He was easy going and wasn't afraid to point out problems and never tried to cover them up. He went out of his way to meticulously point out every feature the car had to offer and make sure I tried everything out to make sure each feature worked. When I brought my wife to pick up the car that I had purchased, he again went through the entire car to bring her up to speed and make her feel comfortable. Most salesman just hand you the keys and say congrats, so yeah, I'd say he went out of his way to make sure we are happy with the purchase. For someone who loathes purchasing cars, he made it a pleasant experience and I look forward to sending my friends & family his way in the future for repeat business. Thanks again Harry!! More
