Not knowing what I was getting myself into, I felt as though the salesperson truly wanted to help me and not rip me off. I was able to find a perfect car for my needs, as well as having a sporty looking car (which I love). They had saw the first time I went I was upset because I thought it was not going to all fall into place. When I had left the first time without my car and upset, they had assured me that when I came back the following day (Monday), I was going to leave with the car because they were going to do everything they could do assure that. That day, everything fell into place just as they said and I left with my brand new 2016 Honda Civic, leasing, and could not be any happier. When everything was official and they were sending me on my way, I felt as though they were close family members sending me off to college for the first time. Outstanding experience. More

He treated my daughter as the client and addressed all of her concerns with purchasing a new vehicle. Many others we visited at other dealerships wished only to speak to me. The same was true of Jack Russell in the finance department. Overall it was a great first experience in a major purchase for my daughter who was treated as an adult client at all times. RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING DEALERSHIP My 6'4"-270-SR frame is not able to access most vehicles. Maybe my right leg. Add to that a limited budget. DAVE BARYSH got me into a 2007 PILOT IN DYNAMITE CONDITION. He came up with a FAIR PRICE and put me on the road to HAPPINESS. I was very impressed with his personable - easy going demeanor. The process started late next day with my wife and son who is a 27 yr old mechanical whiz kid ( an NJIT grad w 4.0) . He didn't get a chance to totally check out the PILOT till 12 A.M. The new COOPER TIRES and brake rehab were a start, with the rest of the truck in great shape. He did find a slow leak in the radiator, so next day I contacted ROB FAZIO, Sales Mgr. I stipulated a request for a new radiator, to which he asked I get to Service for verification with a call to him for authorization. ROB FAZIO & MICHAEL CRAIG gave the green light to replace the radiator ( over 800$ ) after a pressure test. I was even taxied to work at military sub-contract facility during "THE FIX" in a large van. THAT MADE MY DAY! My son studied the PIOLTS TRANY and commented on the magic that goes on there. Overall the truck is making me happier every day. I 've always read Consumer Reports avidly, with persuasive reports of HONDA RELIABILTY. THANKS TO THE FEW GOOD MEN, DAVE-ROB-MIKE, ON THIS MEMORIAL DAY I CAN DRIVE IN MEMORY OF "THE BEST" , AS WELL AS THE SOLDIERS I KNEW. More

Anil went above and beyond guiding our family through the process and included our children in all conversations. He never pressured us and was very patient despite the fact we first walked in at 6 pm on Memorial Day. We thought we would just be looking, but after a test drive suggested by Anil, our entire family knew this would be the perfect for the young drivers in our family. We drove the car new out of the showroom at noon today and could 't be happier. We also spent some time talking with the manager of the dealership, whose name I can't remember and apologize for that. However, like Anil, he was also extremely professional, personable and truly cared about making sure we were happy with our decision. We will definitely recommend Anil and Mahwah Honda to our friends/family and would return on the future. This was the first car buying experience that was stress free and enjoyable. Thank you again! Over the last 20 years I have bought from many different places, but never onc ...so, this is not my first ride on the Merry-go-Round of buying a car. Over the last 20 years I have bought from many different places, but never once have I felt as good about it as I did at Mahwah Honda. In all fairness, I have been driving Honda Elements for the past 14 years, and so I have some fondness for the brand. That being said, my last purchase 11 years ago at DCH Paramus Honda was so harrowing and awful that I went out of my way to go to Mahwah to look at cars, and I am really glad I did. JC Meyer sat with me and went through different models, talking them up, and walking me through the pros and cons. I came in specifically to look at the HR-V, so we started there, but also talked a bit about the Civic, CR-V, and Fit. He had a lot of CR-Vs and Civics in stock, but he never once tried to push or pressure me into either of them, he did what salesmen are SUPPOSED to do: present ideas and alternatives, and listen to the customer to see whether there is a better alternative that they might not realize. I came to look, but JC made such a great impression that the bar for all the other cars I looked at was insurmountably high. Great work on his part! Bob Pellecchia and the team were excellent in getting me from my aging Element and into the HR-V. They were friendly, collegial, and congenial. They even chatted with my mother and got her to the point of being excited about Hondas.... She drives a Buick LaCrosse... That should tell you something about perception right there. They worked hard to make me a part of the family, and I appreciate it. Michael Craig, the Finance Guy, was fantastic, he walked me through the steps he took to obtain my financing. This guy is pure, solid gold. Like everyone else, he did not press or pressure, and worked with me to make the best possible selection possible. "Uncle" Dave DiSimone helped me out a great deal, taking me over to the secondary lot to check out colors, discussing the pros and cons of options packages, and laughing at my nerdy jokes. All in all, this is possibly the gold standard of Honda dealerships. They have enough awards to sink a small ship, and they deserve every one of them. No question. More

Ultimately, he is the reason I decided to come back and buy my new Honda Accord. He followed up immediately following my visit and throughout the week. He was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever worked with. On Friday, I was called by Michael Vinci, who left a voicemail stating that he would be my new sales representative (I was unsure of the reason, but thought that possibly Girish had left, otherwise, I would have stayed with him). Michael was a great sales representatives and very personable. I felt very comfortable with him and purchased the car within an hour or so. I went back again the following day to pick up my car, and everyone was very caring, sincere, and kind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. More
