Unexpected issue with a new car My 6 month old car was leaking oil. I contacted the dealership for an appointment when a loaner was available. Three days later I dropped off the car My 6 month old car was leaking oil. I contacted the dealership for an appointment when a loaner was available. Three days later I dropped off the car and was checked in by Elyssa in service. She assured me it would be taken care of and provided my loaner. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. She called me later in the day and explained the problem and told me that a part needed to be ordered. Two days later she called and told me that it was done and the engine bay was totally cleaned up. More
