We certainly are sorry you had a bad experience with our Service Department. We have made attempts to get a hold of you to rectify the experience to no avail. Following this message is a copy of the letter from the Chicago Better Business Bureau: Honda of Lisle has made numerous attempts to resolve this matter and the customer failed to show up for the agreed appointment for repair. On 6/8/2013 Chicago Better Business Bureau sent out a letter stating that Honda of Lisle has made a good faith effort to resolve this customer complaint and has reviewed and closed this case. Honda of Lisle is an accredited business with the Chicago Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating since December 1, 1984.
