Do not ever bother coming here for service on your car. My family has bought 4 cars from this location, so we tend to come here to get things done. DON'T. That's where the good service ends. Twice now my car has been FORGOTTEN about during service, and has i not asked about it, no one would have noticed. On top of that, they tried to give me a discount, but i was charged the full price. Didnt notice until i got home. I was made to return to thr store, be charged the correct price, and wait for the HUNDREDS of dollars i was initially charged to fall off my bank statement. So if you feel like wasting HOURS of your day to have nothing done for your car, then this is the place for you. More
My Honda CRV tire light came on and I swung by to get the tires checked and filled. Landon in the service department checked my tires, filled them with needed air and reset the gauge. Kristen (sp?) was the one who made sure I was in and out. Both of them were friendly, kind and professional, despite me showing up without an appointment at lunch time on a Saturday. They had no negative attitudes, but carried a super positive, we-got-you-covered attitude. So refreshing...when a lot of dealership employees (or retail stores in general) roll their eyes or seem put-out to offer basic customer care. Not these two. They modeled excellent service with a smile. They should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you Honda of Lisle! More
Got my serviced Today, 16 August 2023 and was not very happy with new type dealer to customer services, in the post-covid era, provided by this Honda of Lisle service department. I am a regular customer o happy with new type dealer to customer services, in the post-covid era, provided by this Honda of Lisle service department. I am a regular customer of this dealership: buying multiple cars and getting those serviced here for the last 20 plus years but of late the service quality has deteriorated. I brought my Car Honda CRV 2015 for service (TAG # 2987): B12 oil and filter change, air filters and battery replacement the service supervisor. The supervisor told that it should take about 2:30 to 3 hours and I was provide with a drop service from "Lyft". Around 1 pm, after 3 hours or so called back the supervisor and I was told that the car is still in the shop and being worked on. When asked to call me back when it's ready, I was told that "I just left the building. I'll be back in a hour". Wasn't it better that this person should have delegated the charge to another colleague before moving out and not to keep me waiting for another hour or more. Anyway, I called the service department again and got it arranged to be there and get my car after talking and getting help from other (two) supervisors. The story doesn't end here, I was told to wait for the car to be brought up to the front and I waited for 20 minutes or more still nothing turned up. It was after asking the bell boy couple of times I could locate the car parked on the far sight of service place. In a nutshell, I must say that I am not happy with my Today's experience: there was no single point of contact or to delegate the charge to another supervisor during one's absence, no attempt of explaining the details of the service rendered, and not providing a prompt delivery of the car after the service. More
